When referenced in the metaculture wiki, unless otherwise specified, the Laws of Physics refers to the true principles that underlie the workings of the universe, rather than the currently accepted theories based on the knowledge we have available in the present day.
As time and scientific knowledge advances, our working theories will get closer and closer to fully modeling the behavior of the real universe. The metaphysical assumption is that such a model does exist, but can never be described completely and accurately (see Gödel, reality).
The Laws of Physics are the generating equation for the fractal universe.
